1983

Not yet 20 years old, Fabrizio Polli becomes part of SUNICOLA GEN.MA., a commercial activity at the foot of Genga's medieval castle.

2002

Fabrizio and his wife Paola decide to take over the company and give life to a new little entrepreneurial dream: Salumificio di Genga is born.

The company's development reaches a fundamental milestone: a new production plant is built and the company can now improve the level of production processes and look towards the future.

2011

The factory begins a process of internal growth and a Food Quality and Safety unit is formed. We obtain our first product and process certification: the spiga barrata from the Italian Celiac Association (AIC).

2018

The company sees the entrance of the next generation, Matteo and Giacomo Polli. With an eye to the future, the family invests in the construction of a second 3,000 m2 production plant.
